Administrator (m/f/d) Internal sales and order processing

For our team in Langenfeld we are looking for a part-time commercial administrator (24-32 hours/week) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Enter orders
  • Monitor delivery dates
  • General correspondence in German and English
  • Invoicing
  • General internal administration
  • Purchasing accessories
  • requirements planning

We are looking for

  • Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have already gained initial experience in the commercial sector
  • Customer-oriented approach to business and mentality
  • Good written and spoken English skills are essential
  • Competent and friendly demeanor
  • You have a high degree of team spirit and an independent way of working
  • Good MS Office skills
